On the March 31, 2017 the way I see is that Immigration system of United States is broken.
My take on this is and one way to fix this problem is:
President of United States could hire some of the best immigration attorneys around the world/United States (say twenty of them) and have a talk about below:
01) How is population control is to be done if all of immigrants are given the green cards based on the merit and technology ?
02) What are the security implications if all of them are given green cards ?
03) What is the negative result that would impact to United States if given green card to all immigrants who are waiting ?
04) How would United States economy would do if all of the immigrants are given green card ?
05) What would be Jobless claims after issuing green card ?
06) If green card is not issued then how can legal status of an immigrant can be extended without burden on the immigrant ?
More questions yet to come.
